Job summary

Lanes Group is recruiting for a permanent, full-time role based at Deephams depot, Enfield. You will travel in a two-person team in a HGV to residential sites, operating high‑pressure water jets to restore drainage systems and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a HGV Class 2 licence with CPC and a valid digi tachograph card, with 40.25 hours per week across 4 on/4 off night shifts and a salary of £42,688 per annum.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a HGV Class 2 licence, completed the certificate of professional competence (CPC), and have an up to date digi tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Drive a two-person team to residential sites, using a high‑pressure water jet for restoration.
• Clean and maintain drainage systems.
• Record every job report on the equipment provided.
• Run diagnostics and repairs on drains.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and use PPE on site.
• Ensure vehicle stock is stocked and replenished.
• Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms.
• Operate vacuum tankers and related equipment.
• Follow correct access procedures to vehicles and sites.
• Carry out safe manual handling and risk assessments.
