Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join a DoD program that is fully-funded through 2028, supporting the Department of the Navy located in Kansas City, MO. The Help Desk Specialist will assist with end-user desktop support for a large enterprise network.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience and grow within the Intelligence Community. This role starts on a night shift but shifts will be opened based on the candidate's preference after a few months, offering

Qualifications

• Must have Active Secret Clearance.
• 1+ years of IT experience.
• Active IAT II Certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher.
• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and IT devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT support for devices including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, and other network devices.
• Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues.
• Work directly with employees and officials to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Execute operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
• Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls.
