Job summary

Connect Staffing seeks a Heavy Production Associate for the Netting department at our Houston facility. This role involves feeding, positioning, and moving materials through production equipment in a physically demanding environment, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You must be able to lift 25+ lbs repeatedly, stand for the full 10-hour shift, and work Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to support diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy production or material handling.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and follow safety procedures.
• Good stamina to stand and lift during a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate in the Netting department feeding, positioning, and moving materials through production equipment.
