Job summary

EnerStaff LLC is seeking a Production Operator for a steel manufacturing shop in Houston, TX. The role involves setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines used in production lines, feeding raw materials, operating equipment, and testing finished materials for quality.

Day shift 4am-4pm and night shift 4pm-4am are available, 5-6 days per week; hours vary with production demands. Steel toes are required; candidates must pass a background check and drug screen in a non-climate-controlled

Production Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Houston, TX 77073

Pay: $17-$19/ hour

Shift:

Day 4am-4pm 5-6 days per week

Night 4pm-4am 5-6 days per week

Hours can vary with production demands

• Currently seeking a Production Operator for a steel manufacturing shop.
• Tasks include setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment used in production lines. Responsible for feeding raw materials into machines, operating machines, making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance.
• Some production experience required.
• Experience with pipe yard, heat treat, assembly, coating, QC, and general labor is a plus.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Steel toes required.
• This position is in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
