Heavy Production Associate – Netting

Position Summary

We are hiring a Heavy Production Associate for the Netting department of an industrial filter manufacturing facility.

This is one of the most physically demanding and intense production positions in the facility.

Employees work with materials used in the manufacturing of industrial filters and assist with feeding, positioning, handling, and moving materials through production equipment.

Candidates must be prepared for continuous physical activity and repeated lifting of 25+ lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with materials used to manufacture industrial filters
• Feed, position, and move materials through production machinery
• Handle filter media and other production materials
• Lift, carry, position, and stack materials throughout the shift
• Repeatedly lift and handle 25+ lbs
• Perform frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, and bending
• Remain standing and physically active for extended periods
• Work safely around industrial production machinery
• Maintain an organized production area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Qualifications

• Experience working around industrial machinery is a plus

• Strong attendance and punctuality required
• Must be available Monday–Thursday from 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be able to understand work instructions and safety procedures provided in Spanish
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
