Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Must read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Must be able to perform basic math, including fractions, percentages, gauges, and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Operate various heavy equipment (loaders, graders, dozers, haul trucks) safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials from railcars to stockpiles and load finished products for distribution.
• Maintain roadways and loading areas to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report needed repairs.
• Follow MSHA/OSHA safety rules and cooperate with safety programs.
• Assist with equipment and plant maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
