Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer Licensed Unarmed Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN. You will serve and safeguard clients in healthcare locations, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

This full-time driving position requires a valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and wayfinding, and report unusual conditions or access-related concerns to site leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
