Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor flow according to site policies, directing individuals to appropriate departments or resources.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
