Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, clear communication to responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and access control.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports per site policies.
