Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team and provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, while upholding Cooper core values.

This per diem, night-shift position requires NJ-RN license, NJ-BLS, and at least 2 years of acute care experience; CNOR preferred; weekends/holidays required. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of acute care experience, including a specialty area.
• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License.
• Current NJ-BLS Certification.
• Current NJ-CNOR preferred.
• Per Diem; willingness to work 7 pm–7 am; weekends/holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a group of patients using the nursing process.
• Communicate with internal customers, supervisors, and physicians to ensure quality care.
• Follow established policies and procedures and Cooper core values.
