Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring for a team member to provide overnight support across receiving, stocking, and floor maintenance. You will ensure product quality, assist with back stock, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering courteous service to customers and team members.

This role emphasizes strong teamwork, accurate product handling, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to engage in continuous training and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality meets WFM standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins and food prep areas.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Handle DC and UNFI invoices for deliveries outside receiving hours.
• Report miss-picks to team leadership.
• Receive product from receiving location to sales floor/back stock.
• Assist in overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling; answer phones courteously.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking and merchandising.
• Follow procedures for weights, measures, health, sanitation and safety.
• Keep a clean, sanitary working/shopping environment; maintain equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing.
