Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stocker to keep store shelves full and organized for the morning shift. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and assist customers to ensure a smooth overnight operation. Must be 18+ and able to lift heavy items as needed. This role reports to Store Director/Manager and collaborates with the overnight team.

The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and dress code standards. Prior backroom experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, and carrying heavy purchases.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate products for freshness.
• Monitor for mis-picked items and report issues.
• Keep backroom organized and restock damaged items.
