Job summary

Hy-Vee Inc is seeking an Overnight Stocker in the Grocery department to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers each morning, unloading trucks, rotating products, and ensuring freshness. You will tag shelves, monitor stock, and communicate issues to team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll work the overnight shift, greet customers, assist with locating items, and maintain Hy-Vee's standards for dress, hygiene, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items.
• Assist customers in finding products and carrying purchases.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product for freshness.
• Monitor mis-picks, stockouts, and wrong deliveries.
• Organize stock for efficiency and restock damaged items.
• Tag shelves with overstock and communicate with team.
• Report new or different items to system input.
• Work with teammates for a smooth overnight operation.
• Maintain dress code, hygiene standards, and policies.
• Assist in other store areas and special projects as needed.
