Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members for overnight support to receive and prepare products, and maintain floor displays, back stock, and prep areas. Employees are expected to deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and fellow Team Members while following SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, stocking, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn store processes and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains shelves, bins, and prep areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers and team members.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follows health and safety regulations and maintains a clean work environment.
