You will oversee inventory, merchandising standards, and ensure the sales floor is prepared for customers. Leadership, clear communication, and reliability are essential, with prior grocery/retail leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to direct and coach overnight staff.
• Comfortable prioritizing workloads and multitasking.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Experience in grocery or retail leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support night crew during shifts.
• Organize nightly workload to complete freight efficiently.
• Receive, break down, sort, and stock merchandise.
• Ensure accurate stock rotation and shelf presentation.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and backroom.
• Provide training and coaching to new and existing associates.
• Monitor productivity and give feedback.
• Enforce safe lifting and equipment procedures.
• Communicate staffing and inventory needs to leadership.
• Prepare sales floor and backroom for next day.
• Provide customer service during operating hours.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
