Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Dudley, NC is seeking a Green-End Supervisor to lead the night shift in a plywood facility. You will supervise a team of 15–40, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and coordinate production with the MPO system in a 12-hour shift environment.

This role requires supervisory experience and comfort with MS Office and production reporting systems; a technical or business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn various PC-based production reporting systems applications.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible work schedules and department changes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
• Support the MPO (Machine Paced Operation) Process System to align and optimize the manufacturing enterprise in delivering value to the business.
• Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution, ownership, and accountability.
