Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college or vocational schooling preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals desirable.
• Prior food manufacturing or batch process experience with GMP and computer-controlled systems preferred.
• Good written, verbal, computer, and mechanical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work safely in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/operate/monitor/document bulk slurries for blending operations.
• Prepare/operate/monitor/document computer-controlled heat treatment processes.
• Prepare/operate/monitor/document computer-controlled blending processes.
• Weigh/document/stage ingredients using a computer-controlled weigh system.
• Operate CIP system for manufacturing equipment (tanks, heat treatment system, etc.).
• Prepare/perform/document Line work operations (Standardization/Final Water with ingredients, flavors, oils).
• Maintain GMP compliance with routine cleaning and documentation.
• Receipt and transportation of bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals.
• Perform and support other duties as assigned.
