Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, AZ, is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor – Night Shift to lead the GMP-focused team and coordinate cross-functional maintenance activities in a regulated production environment.

The role covers planning, backlog reporting, contractor management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-care area reliability and compliance with FDA/OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in plant maintenance environments.
• Experience with GMP/regulated maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the GMP focus team to close out high-priority maintenance work orders.
• Prepare and lead daily/weekly/monthly GMP backlog reporting and communicate to site stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing contract teams and vendor relationships.
• Improve demand maintenance response time to resolve leaks and defects in high-care areas.
• Lead and close out Quality Assessments for GMP activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance planning/scheduling, operations, engineering and quality to plan and execute GMP activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Safety.
• Close gaps in GMP work order processes to become more strategic.
• Follow escalation process for decision-making.
• Maintain daily communication with the High-Performance Work Team and ensure a safe environment.
• Participate in projects and report on KPIs and actions.
