Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, Arizona seeks a Maintenance/Facilities Lead to manage GMP-focused work and drive continuous improvement across Maintenance, Operations, Quality and Safety. Lead backlog reporting and oversee contract teams while ensuring adherence to FDA/OSHA and Abbott policies.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in maintenance in a regulated environment; strong leadership, project planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, food technology, engineering.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States at hire.
• Preferred: 2–4 years in maintenance in a regulated setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in a plant maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMP focus team to close high-priority maintenance work orders.
• Prepare and lead backlog reporting; communicate with site stakeholders.
• Manage contract teams and external service providers.
• Improve response time for leaks and defects in high-care areas.
• Lead Quality Assessments for priority maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with planning/scheduling for GMP maintenance work.
• Work with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to identify root causes.
• Drive continuous improvement across Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Safety.
• Close gaps in GMP processes and drive strategic focus.
• Report KPIs to management and site leadership.
