Job summary

Abbott in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Packaging Equipment Operator for the Night shift in the Abbott Nutrition division. This 12-hour position operates filling, processing and sterilizing equipment to support Abbott Nutrition products and maintain quality.

You will monitor charts, complete work orders, and keep a safe, clean workspace while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals and follow FDA/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of production experience.
• Ability to work in a team with strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate filling, processing and sterilizing production equipment.
• Monitor charts and perform tests to assure sterility.
• Complete work orders and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate with department and plant teams at all levels.
• Maintain and replenish production materials.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
