Job summary

Menasha Corporation, including ORBIS Corporation, seeks a Post Folder Gluer Operator for the D Shift (6 PM–6 AM) to gather stacks of joined cartons, inspect quality and guide them through the bundler. You will set up the machine for proper fold and glue, and ensure alignment with customer specifications.

The role requires operating the line safely, maintaining a clean work area, directing crew, and rotating positions as needed to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Operate machine at efficiency standards defined by Menasha.
• Set up machine for proper fold and glue.
• Check product quality and correct register.
• Monitor stock and post-die-cut product to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Repair or assist maintenance as needed.
• Direct crew members and rotate positions as required.
• Ensure product quality per customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine at efficiency standard levels set by Menasha.
• Set up machine for proper fold and glue.
• Check product quality and for correct register.
• Monitor incoming stock and product after being die cut to meet and maintain Menasha’s and our customer’s quality standards
• Maintain a clean work area
• Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary
• Direct crew members
• Rotate positions when needed
• Check finished product for quality per customer specifications
• Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements— quality is the responsibility of all employees
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
