Job summary

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior gluer experience is a plus. Our facility emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational/technical degree or equivalent experience in gluer operations.
• Ability to read and follow job jackets and quality instructions.
• Willingness to perform manual lifting and packing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate the folder gluer and manage job jacket setup and changeovers.
• Inspect output for quality and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and keep area clean and safe.
