Job Title: J&L Folder Gluer Operator
The J&L Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for gathering stacks of joined cartons, inspecting them for quality, guiding them through the bundler, and setting up the machine for proper fold and joining of die cut blanks.

Essential Functions
- Set up and operate Post Folder Gluer equipment to produce corrugated boxes per job order specifications, including box style, fold pattern, glue application, and stacking requirements.
- Perform make-ready and changeovers, including loading print plates or dies (if applicable), setting folding rails, glue systems, feeders, and stackers to minimize downtime and waste.
- Monitor machine performance during production, making adjustments to speed, alignment, and glue application to maintain quality and meet production targets.
- Inspect finished product regularly to verify dimensions, fold accuracy, glue integrity, and overall quality meet customer and company standards.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical or production issues, coordinating with maintenance or supervision when more complex repairs are required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards, including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation, such as job counts, scrap reporting, and setup verification.
- Assist with training and guiding helper or assistant operators, as needed, to support safe operations and efficient workflow.
- Meet daily production goals while minimizing waste, following work instructions, schedules, and special job requirements.
