Job summary

OBE is seeking a Production Worker to handle glass pieces through cutting, tempering, and laminating steps. You will off-load and on-load from tables and racks, read basic measurements, and move materials to speed up production.

A strong attention to safety and quality, plus teamwork, are essential for this role. This position emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and rotating duties across departments, with opportunities to grow into broader manufacturing responsibilities within a large, global

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate.
• Available to work overtime when required.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• On/off-loading glass product from tables, rolling racks and wood crates for 10 or more hours.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements while effectively using a tape measure.
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis across different departments.
