Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse, RN for a full-time night shift in a 32-bed geriatric unit focusing on high-acuity care with telemetry and advanced therapies. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering evidenced-based medicine.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Michigan RN license, BLS certification, and healthcare experience; BSN preferred. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts and every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan (RN).
• Current BLS/AHA certification.
• Experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidenced-based care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Support care planning and patient education.
• Facilitate the patient visit experience and ensure quality outcomes.
