Job summary

Piedmont Geriatric Hospital seeks an RN II to supervise nursing staff on one of four treatment units and to participate in treatment team meetings and care delivery per individualized plans.

The role requires psychiatric/geriatric nursing experience, Virginia RN license, and ability to manage shift-based workloads including 12-hour night shifts. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge for charting and documentation.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records systems.
• Med-surg nursing experience.
• Psychiatric and/or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a nursing team on one of four treatment units.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure delivery of patient care according to individual treatment plans.
