Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the General Surgery 3W unit. The role supports inpatient medical-surgical care on a night shift, part-time schedule of 24 hours per week, with sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced nurses or $5,000 for new grads.

Must hold Missouri RN licensure (or compact) with BLS certification. Prior hospital experience preferred, BSN preferred, and duties include safeguarding patient confidentiality and collaborating with

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, BSN.
• RN license in Missouri or compact licensure as per state regulations.
• Hospital experience preferred and may be required depending on unit.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
