Job summary

Cook Out in Durham, NC is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to own the night shift with a 4-day work week. You will lead from the front, coach a large team, and drive results in a high-volume setting.

Expect a strong compensation package with a base salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus performance bonuses and $15/hr Appreciation Pay, plus a 4th-day weekly schedule. You’ll manage operations, develop staff, safeguard guest satisfaction, and oversee P&L components while delivering gold-standard

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience (restaurant/hospitality preferred)
• Proven coaching track record and talent development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
