Job summary

Adecco is hiring a General Laborer in Schaumburg, IL for a stable, temp-to-hire role in a clean and safe manufacturing setting. Starting payrate is $21.63 per hour. The position offers overtime possibilities and opportunities to grow with a company that values teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities include supporting production and packaging, following SOPs and GMPs, and maintaining a sanitary work area. English proficiency and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and understand basic English.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production and packaging operations.
• Follow daily work assignments provided by the Supervisor or Line Lead.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Help ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and company policies.
• Report safety concerns and contribute to an accident-free workplace.
• Support team production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
