Job summary

Maker's Pride in Illinois is hiring for general labor across our facilities. Previous manufacturing experience isn’t required; a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team are essential. You may mix products, weigh materials, package, or supply lines while adhering to GMP standards.

The role requires reliability, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work overtime across shifts. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with shift differentials for 2nd shift, plus a comprehensive

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required; must be able to learn GMP practices.
• Strong teamwork and a solid work ethic are essential.
• Ability to read and write in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and signs of contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintains work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
