Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is hiring for a 1ST SHIFT production role. Position requires standing 8–10 hours, lifting up to 40+ pounds, and working in damp, cold or hot environments. Pay starts at $16.70 per hour with a daily incentive based on performance.

Training up to 8 weeks, strict safety rules, PPE required (ear protection, hair net, beard guard). This is an on-site, full-time role with potential transfers within Tyson facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and follow Safety Rules.
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
• Be willing to stand 8-10 hours a day.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
