Job summary

International Paper in Biglerville, PA is seeking a General Helper – Probationary Training for a full-time, overnight 6pm–6am shift (4 days on, 4 days off). Pay starts at $23.08/hour with potential up to $31.61/hour, and no mandatory overtime. You will assist operators on corrugating and converting machinery, gain on-the-job training, and participate in safety and housekeeping programs as part of a team that values reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability for a 24/7 plant.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to cross-train on multiple positions.
• Ability to read and use measuring devices.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies.
• Must pass online operations test and interview; pre-employment assessments.
