Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee two corporate parking garages in the Hartford, CT area on the 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM). You’ll work independently to keep facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly while gaining visibility for your impact.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and consistent site knowledge, with CBRE backing from a leading global real estate services company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance or manual labor experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages to a high standard.
• Lead cleaning operations.
• Manage equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with security.
• Perform light maintenance repairs.
• Assist on cafe reset after events – moving tables & chairs.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures and deliver outputs under supervision.
