Job summary

CBRE in Hartford, CT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own the upkeep of two corporate parking garages. This third shift role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and independent work within CBRE’s Engineering & Technical Services team.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and light renovations, while coordinating with security and keeping equipment in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1-2 years experience; combination considered.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to follow basic work routines and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages to a high standard
• Lead cleaning operations
