Job summary

Kennametal Stellite Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Chemical Process Operator III for the 12-hour night shift in Orwell, OH. The role involves loading/unloading furnaces, monitoring temperatures, pressures, and flow rates, and ensuring chemical levels are correct.

You will document results and support emergency response within the Coating Department. Candidates should have furnace operation experience and be comfortable with SAP MII, QMS, and Kennametal intranet resources.

Qualifications

• Experience operating furnaces and following procedures.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and routing information.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and SAP MII for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload furnaces and monitor controls.
• Maintain vacuum systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot furnace issues and replace components as needed.
• Ensure adequate gas and chemical levels for operations.
• Enter quality data and monitor results; act as Emergency Responder in Coating Department.
