Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect peeled potatoes and trim defects.
• Operate potato chip fryer in relief of regular operator.
• Perform daily/weekly sanitation in peeler or frying area.
• Change and set blades.
• Prepare peeler/slicer or frying system for production start-up.
• Maintain supply of peeled potatoes for fryer operation.
• Report quality or mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Work in cross-functional teams and communicate safety concerns.
