Qualifications

• Must be able to operate fryer and peeler
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work Mon-Thu on a night shift (5:25PM–5:55AM)

Responsibilities

• Inspect peeled potatoes and trim defects to ensure quality input to fryer
• Operate potato chip fryer as relief operator; support start-up/shutdown
• Perform daily/weekly sanitation in peeling or frying area
• Change and set blades as needed
• Prepare peeler/slicer or frying system for production
• Ensure adequate peeled and sliced supply for fryer operation
• Report quality or mechanical problems to supervisor
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and maintain safety
• Uphold food safety responsibilities and company policies
• Execute other duties as assigned by supervisor
