Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a Front Loader Operator in Virginia to operate a front-end loader and other heavy equipment in support of asphalt plant operations. The role includes maintaining stockpile inventories, loading cold feed bins, and performing daily equipment maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and production goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and are able to work day and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years operating a front-end loader or similar equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) a plus.
• Must be able to work day and night shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain adequate stockpile inventories and load cold feed bins.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, inspection and upkeep.
• Work with field manager to plan daily tasks and complete work safely and on time.
• Prioritize safety and teamwork on site and ensure equipment is operated safely.
