Job summary

Branch Civil in Virginia Beach seeks an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join our established team. You will operate rubber-tired or crawler loaders to grade, excavate and load materials while prioritizing safety and efficiency on site.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of loader experience, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. DOT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of front-end loader operating experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• DOT experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates loader by shifting gears, levers and controls to direct movement and force bucket into materials
• May service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment
• May complete minor repairs
• Routine cleaning of equipment and work area
• May perform other related duties
