Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Nampa, Idaho, is hiring a Night Relief/Training Supervisor to lead training and daily Fresh Mozzarella production operations. You will ensure staff are trained, maintain SOPs, and monitor GMP compliance while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of GMPs and food safety, and the ability to manage time and resources on night shifts, including weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years Supervisory or lead person experience required.
• Experience in production, packaging, warehouse, or distribution center preferred.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing preferred.
• OSHA, Food Safety, FDA, and USDA knowledge.
• Knowledge of ISO certifications (FSSC, ISO9001).
• Computers and systems: MS Office and manufacturing operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist department manager to enhance technical and financial performance.
• Direct adjustments to manufacturing processes to meet standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain GMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on production volume, yields, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisors.
• Schedule staff and estimate daily work hours.
