Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking qualified individuals for onsite freezer forklift operator positions reporting to the Warehouse Manager in Marshall, Missouri. The role requires operating forklifts, hand jacks, and performing loading/unloading with attention to GMP and quality standards.

Shifts include 10:00 PM-6:00 AM. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and attendance bonus, plus a strong benefits package and paid time off. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or at least one year of manufacturing employment in work history.
• Operate hand jack and forklift.
• Work up to 7.5 hours/shifts.
• Push/pull fork controls 7.5 hours/shifts.
• Post offer background screen and drug screen required.
• Multiple shifts available.
• Overtime availability is based on our needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete job assignments to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met to maintain an organized flow of the production process.
• Drive a forklift for loading, unloading and warehousing of products, checks for proper count of incoming/outgoing products, and miscellaneous items to assure proper count.
• Work in a cold environment.
