Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Cold Storage Forklift Operator for night shifts at the Mount Crawford DC. You will safely operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain inventory accuracy in a cold environment, and support warehouse processes across multiple DC functions.

You will follow GMP, safety and quality standards, maintain paperwork, and collaborate with maintenance and leadership to ensure continuous improvement and efficient deliveries.

Qualifications

• This role requires ability to learn all functions and complete trainings in a reasonable time.
• Basic PC skills and proficiency with office software are expected.
• Clear verbal and written communication is essential.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across shifts is required.
• Reads and understands written instructions and keeps accurate records.
• Ability to work varying hours and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, safety, quality and ISO standards within the plant.
• Fill out paperwork clearly and completely with required information.
• Maintain FIFO inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate SAP or other warehouse systems and print pallet tickets.
• Perform routine PMs and assist in diagnostics and repairs of dock equipment.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate with leadership and maintenance about recurring issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement and SOP development.
