Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Grand Island, NE seeks a Formulation Supervisor to lead the formulation suites for liquid parenterals, ensuring every batch meets schedule and quality standards. You will manage staff of 12–15, coordinate with QA, HR and Maintenance, and maintain safety and procedure adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while training and developing the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; science degree preferred.
• 4-5 years pharmaceutical experience in compounding preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise formulation suites and associated environments to meet schedules and specs.
• Maintain equipment, procedures, and resources for liquid parenterals.
• Ensure staff training, documentation accuracy, and timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, policies, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Material Management to minimize downtime.
