Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Formulation Supervisor to oversee the formulation suites and related cleanroom operations for liquid parenterals. You will ensure systems, staffing, and equipment meet production schedules and regulatory standards (SOPs, DEA, OSHA, cGMP) while managing 12–15 direct reports and driving staff development.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of pharmaceutical experience in compounding.
• Working knowledge of SOPs and cGMP regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work with Antineoplastic products and assist in Nanotechnology department.
• Heavy lifting is required: regularly 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formulation of Bulk product and prepare/clean equipment.
• Review and revise area SOPs with changes and two-year review.
• Ensure adequate resources to clean and prepare equipment.
• Train personnel to area curricula and company policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Complete investigations/audits and timely corrective actions; finalize Batch Records.
