Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler in Rochelle, IL for second shift. You will operate forklifts, perform picking, packing and shipping, and handle paperwork while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Audit, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading trucks.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
