Job summary

KanPak LLC in Penn Yan, NY is seeking an energetic Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will receive, select, store and load products while safely operating material handling equipment.

This full-time role requires weekend flexibility and overtime. The position offers a rotating 12-hour schedule with pay of $20.50/hour plus a $1 night shift differential, and opportunities to contribute to quality and efficiency in a growing food packaging company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and/or forklift operator experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, ability to navigate through multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move material to proper storage or staging location.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure all transactions are scanned and recorded accurately to reflect inventory position.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and housekeeping.
