Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, LLC in Hanover, PA is hiring a Logistics Loader/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team for a full-time night shift. Work Friday through Sunday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, loading/unloading trailers, operating forklifts, staging materials, and ensuring accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers using manual labor, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Organize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy access for order fulfillment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are securely loaded onto delivery trucks according to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
• Assist in inventory management by performing cycle counts and other stock-related duties.
