thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations. The role involves moving materials, replenishing inventory, and handling transfers with SAP and RF scanning accuracy.

You will operate multiple MHE types, adhere to 6S standards, and participate in daily safety training while potentially working overtime, including weekends, to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Basic forklift experience with the ability to obtain a license and operate various forklifts.
• Stable work history and a strong safety focus to maintain a safe environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to work substantial overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Execute reservation requests and move materials to inventory locations.
• Perform replenishments and put-away tasks to support production needs.
• Process transfer orders and complete bin-to-bin transfers efficiently.
• Conduct reservation picking and Kanban picks to meet demand.
• Assist with freight unloading and proper storage of materials.
• Operate MHE such as Tugger, Dock Stocker, Scissor Lift, Reach Truck, Turret Truck, and Order Picker.
• Use SAP and RF scanners to complete inventory transactions accurately.
• Identify and report discrepancies or shortages to leadership.
• Adhere to 6S and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete monthly safety training and demonstrate core values.
