Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a Material Handler to safely move, stage, and load materials using forklifts and other MHE to meet production demands. You will operate RF scanners and maintain inventory accuracy in SAP while supporting a safe, efficient work environment.

Daily activities include performing MHE inspections, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring 6S standards. Overtime may be required; lifting up to 40 lbs; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have basic forklift experience and ability to obtain a license.
• Must be able to work overtime during peak production periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pull, and stage materials to meet production demands.
• Operate and navigate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely.
• Use RF scanners to process material transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Weigh and count materials to verify before staging or storage.
• Perform SAP transactions such as reservations, pick lists, and receipts.
