Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial forklifts and support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trailers and moving inventory. You will verify shipments, wrap and stage pallets, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires RF scanner experience and attention to detail, with a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• RF scanner experience is required.
• Strong communication, basic math, and inventory counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store inventory.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing lists.
• Inspect loads for damage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick mixed pallets and prepare shipments by wrapping, banding, and staging products.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
